We offer free domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more and all orders ship with USPS. If the order doesn't qualify for free shipping, shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days. Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.
If your order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held for missing or stolen packages. If you can, give your company's shipping address, so it will not be lost.
We offer free international shipping on orders of $250 or more. All international orders ship with USPS Trackable First-Class Mail. If the order doesn't qualify for free shipping, shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 5-15 business days transportation (it may take additional days to be passed through customs).
If the items are in stock that you order, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note because some products are unique and limited they will be marked out-of stock and may not be able to backorder them.
Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. SUN DAYS is required by law to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange of product or for refund. Please be aware of some products are made by artisans, so each product is unique and authentic, so variations might occur. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging. To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your items back to us to see if you are eligible for refund/return. Always use a trackable and insured shipping method, as SUN DAYS is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns while in transit. SUN DAYS will not refund the original shipping costs nor import fees, taxes!
We believe online retail returns are very harmful to the environment. Returns generates billion of pounds of waste per year in the United States. In 2017, more than 11 percent of all purchases were returned, totaling to $380 billion-worth of goods. Exchanges for different sizes are available, although it’s the customer’s responsibility to return merchandise first. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions on sizing before you make a purchase.
Returns should be sent to the address below in padded envelope or using the original brown box (let’s reduce waste) and include your copy of invoice. Customer is responsible for shipping fees and cannot be reimbursed (can’t accept responsibility for lost packages).
