Please Note:

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. 

If your order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held for missing or stolen packages. If you can, give your company's shipping address, so it will not be lost. 

If the items are in stock that you order, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note because some products are unique and limited they will be marked out-of stock and may not be able to backorder them.

If you place an order for Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order pieces we will ship you the item that is in stock and we will ship the made-to-order garment when it's ready. If you are overseas we can bundle the order together to save on cost for you just leave us a note when checking out! 

We are not responsible for delayed packages when working with a third party suppliers! 

Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. SUNDAYS is required by law to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

 

Returns


Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange of product or for refund. Please be aware of some products are made by hand, so each product is unique and authentic, so variations might occur. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

To complete your return, please email us at info@sundaysdesigns.com before sending your items back to us to see if you are eligible for refund/return. Always use a trackable and insured shipping method, as SUNDAYS is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns while in transit. SUNDAYS will not refund the original shipping costs nor import fees, taxes and SUNDAYS is not responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If you received FREE SHIPPING, and you decided to return the item(s), you will be refunded the order amount minus the cost of the shipping! 

Exchanges for different sizes are available, although it’s the customer’s responsibility to return merchandise first. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions on sizing before you make a purchase.

Returns should be sent to the address below in padded envelope or using the original mailing bag (let’s reduce waste). Customer is responsible for shipping fees and cannot be reimbursed (can’t accept responsibility for lost packages).

Cancellations - as the pieces are made to order, we can’t offer cancellations.

AfterPay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now and pay later via four equal fortnightly installments.
